In this role, you’ll be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust data systems that power our analytics and consultancy services. You’ll work closely with our team and clients to ensure the seamless integration and accessibility of data, supporting a wide range of analytics and machine learning projects.

What will you do?
- Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems.
- Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices.
- Research opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data.
- Develop processes for data modeling, mining, and production.
- Implement secure and compliant data handling practices.
- Collaborate with data architects, modelers, and IT team members on projects.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Otherwise, proof of significant relevant experience is also accepted.
- Experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
- Hands-on experience with big data tools.
- Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, Scala).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Curious mindset with an appetite for self-development.
- Working proficiency in English & Dutch.

Assessment dayWe invite you to our office for the assessment day! Upfront, you will receive a personality test and a case study with matching dataset, the idea of the case is that you present the findings of your analysis back to us. Next to the case, you will also take part in a role play and we will discuss the results of your personality test together. -
ContractIn this final step we have a conversation about your contract and work out all practicalities together. Join the club!
